October is globally recognized as Breast Cancer Awareness Month, symbolized by the pink ribbon — a sign of hope, courage, and awareness.
At Mai Mangeshkar Hospital, Warje, we proudly joined this noble initiative by organizing a special awareness and interaction session on 14th October 2025.
🎀 About the Event
The session was conducted in the hospital’s Multipurpose Hall (3rd Floor, OPD Complex) and witnessed an encouraging participation from women of all age groups, medical staff, and community members.
Our guest speaker for the day was Dr. Amruta Beke, a respected Surgical Oncologist from our hospital. She led a highly engaging and informative session focused on early detection, prevention, and myths related to breast cancer.
